This document outlines the official grievance and complaints procedure for all internal and external stakeholders, including individuals working on behalf of StarPayout Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, members of the public, and any other relevant parties.
Stakeholders who believe there are actual or potential non-conformities related to the Security Operations Management System (SOMS), or violations of international, national, or local laws, including human rights, are encouraged to file a formal complaint or grievance.
The objective of this process is not only to log grievances but also to ensure a timely, transparent, and effective resolution. Our commitment includes:
