1. General Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy for most products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product or service must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the request is approved. Please note that some payment methods may take a few additional business days to reflect the refund.

2. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services, such as subscriptions, software, and downloadable content, refunds may only be granted in specific circumstances. If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your digital product, please contact our support team at support@starpaypro.com to resolve the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed according to our refund policy above.

3. Returns of Physical Products

For physical products purchased from StarPayPro, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are:

  • In unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
  • In their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@starpaypro.com with your order number and details of the item(s) being returned. You will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized products
  • Digital downloads (once downloaded)
  • Opened software or media products

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item to help process your claim.

6. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
